Late August build would be the following model year.In this case 1967 or 1969 models.
That CW was used from 1964-69 Chevelles with 3:31 non posi rear. Look for a CON VIN Stamped on ther Frame.Check Drivers side over the rear tire,or passenger side rear horizontal rail.
