Thanks for the reply. It`s not my pad that`s bad, it`s the plastic housing. On the `70 Chevelles it runs the entire width of the dash, this may be a problem shipping.
I live near "Tamraz" aftermarket parts supplier, and they offer a dash, but I`m not sure if it`ll fit right. I would be able to pick this up myself. Problem being with some aftermarket parts is that it may look beautiful, until you try to get it to fit
