rz, It's a Hurst shifter, yes they use the crossflow muffler setup with resonators. If you're going to change back to an M21 you'll need to change the drive shaft yoke. M22s are different ie; bigger output shaft. I kinda like the M22 in mine. Nice whine Schonye
