Shame on you Tom!!! The complete OEM Muncie shifters are getting very difficult to find. Hacking one to adapt the handle to a modern Hurst is simply a waste of original parts!
Best bet is to buy a current Hurst from any Speed Shop and enjoy "rowing" the 4-speed.
