I think they're very cool too

Can't remember ever seeing them before, but they're a nice touch. IF you really like them Steve, then get rid of the clamps and install them for real. How 'bout using those plastic pan head plugs that are found on the ends of some door weatherstripping? NO screw heads showing and no threads to cut into the metal and feed the tin worm.
