Great images of the shield! You-da-man!

What car & build date did this shield come off of?
Galvanized steel- huh? So much for the stainless steel
only issue? I wonder why some were stainless and yours
is not. Production use vs. replacement item perhaps?

Anybody care to chime in on that?
