[/ QUOTE ] September, 1972, my wife (then girlfriend) and I went to visit a friend of mine who was in the Army, stationed at Fort Jackson in Columbia, South Carolina. One night we all went to the drive in to see a movie and we were able to listen to WLS on the radio in his 69 Super Bee while watching the movie  50,000 watts of clear channel power goes a long way!
