I think the confusion was that Hurst did something different on the 50 deuces that they finished out for Don. It doesn't appear that, that was the case. I think that it's cool that Mark day2ed it this way. Belk chased Hurst wheels for it for a long time. Just never found any priced reasonable.
I do know that car left MM new with headers on it. The original owner had them put on before he picked it up. They are now on my red Peck deuce. Schonye
