Joe,
Cool story! I have a friend / customer that is from the Pittsburgh area and I quizzed him on hot machinery from when he was running around. He said he didn't remember any Yenko cars in his area . He still has his '69 Camaro SS that was a 375hp 396 until he blew the engine. The engine was covered under warranty and he says that at that time, for the same money, he could get a replacement 396 or opt up to a 425hp 427 Isn't hard to guess which he went with I haven't seen it yet but is to have less than 20,000 miles on it. Brother is headed done to his place tomorrow, should send a camera along.I wonder if the Gazette archived the classifieds along with the rest of the paper. Or maybe if you are lucky enough to find that one person who has a complete collection of the papers ![]()
