Good luck with your search for Clippinger stuff. I'm sure there are plenty of Corvette guys already on the hunt. Looks like they sold quite a few hi-perf cars in their day, including the James Garner A.I.R. L-88 Vettes. Check out this site for some awesome vintage pics. www.airl88.com
