Mark,EXACTLY what I meant.Good Picture!
 That is a perfect example of a Replacement Transmission Code,similar to a CE Engine block code. H9T 05030 breaks down as: H=Hyra-Matic 9=model year,1969 T=Transmission 05030=Unit Sequence number produced. The Cleveland plant started producing at 00001 and went up to 14999,so we know it was from the Cleveland Plant. What does the passenger side Aluminum Rectangular tag show? Rick
