Maybe 10-15 years ago when there were far fewer Chevelle restoration parts/suppliers available than for Camaros, but today I don't know if that's still the case. I remember having a much rougher time finding trim pieces for my 67 Chevelle than I did a few years later for my 68 Camaro, but that was in 1985.

Times have changed.
