Albert,
Colvin shows 69 chevelle base passenger 14x5.I would think they clear power brakes.Must have been an rpo option.Earl

If it cross references back to '65, I'll bet it won't clear discs. They're pretty easy to identify, as the disc brake wheel outer rim pretty much stays flat from the inner wheel lip to the inside mounting surface. Drum brake wheels tend to taper inward toward the center at a slant, roughly similar to the drum that fits inside of it.
