If your buddy wants to drop a big block in it there are mounts availiable without changing the K member,also I have a really nice date 68 date coded 383 HP engine with 2500 miles on it that I purchased for a project then sold the project.If interested e mail me for full engine specs and price.

383 .30 over,forged pistons,steel crank.ported and polished heads,full adjustable rockers,original HP exhaust manifolds and more.
