If this 70 "L-78" is L.A. built with NO L-78 on trim tag and presumably no build sheet, verifying is near impossible.
Tach equipped cars have the RARE 6500RedLine/7000Max Tach and there might be evidence of TCS relay or Green TCS wiring in engine compartment. The Black Tailpanel would prove Big Block but not L-78. Not sure about fuel line differences on L-34 7 L-78 1970 Camaros ????
