Van Nuys Built Camaros did usually have a build sheet placed on top of the gas tank, while Norwood built ones did not usually have one in the car.

My LA-built '69 RS/Z had a very nice and 90% legible build sheet on top of the tank on the driver's side. You could see the perforated edge of the sheet if you shined a flashlight from inside the fenderwell to the top of the tank.
