It's the Oldsmobile Cutlas sport wheel that some onesand blasted and painted to look like the 69-70 SS wheels. I have seen several at the swapmeets. Try lookig on an Olds website for the code "LZ"

Thanks for the information. I figured something was weird when I pulled off the reproduction trim rings and found different codes on 3 of the wheels. I wasn't surprised since nobody wanted factory rims back in the 70's. Now everybody wants them back! Guess I will have to drain the piggy bank some more and get ones to match my build sheet. The horror....uggggh.
