Slapper bars eliminate wheel hop. For 1970 Jenkins sometimes used Lakewood Bars and other times he would use a different rubber snubber for the pumpkin and a shackle kit. I saw that car both ways. I never saw ladder bars on a Jenkins car till later in the 70's. You can buy frame connectors also. Lakewood bars and a pinnion snubber also helped to control roll up from the pinnion when the car left the line. Sam [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/[/img]
