My Chevelle is from Bryne Bro. I haven't found much on the dealer other then what I found in the magazines. They ran a house drag car 1969 Z/28. I met Jerry Roberts who was the parts guy there in the 60s. He remembered seeing the COPOs and Yenkos and said they sold a lot of Zs. At one time they averaged one a day. He said on some Sat. mornings there would be 5 crate engines waiting to be picked up. I have not found anything about them doing transplants. Sounds like they were a high volume hi po car and parts dealer.

Guys!

I live all of 5 minutes from White Planes. I will take a stroll down there sometime over the weekend. I am originally a Philly guy, but I have lived in NY for 30 years now and never did I know anything about this dealer.
