there is a classic car dealer in n.j that has changed its name a couple of times because of misrepresenting what they were selling.now that dealer has the name with LLC at the end which means limited liability corp. and is kind of a loophole from being liable for what they sell.they sould be liable for selling something they say is a matching number whatever but when they have the llc at the end buyer beware!!Ron C. I believe a 'fraud' conviction will supercede the protection that an LLC provides.
