I thought the factory stamp was "gang-stamped" and the letters and numbers would be all parallel to each other? On this stamp the "T" and "O" are raked over at a slight angle from vertical to the baseline of the stamping...also the ending "O" looks a lot deeper than the preceding "C" and "K"...
