That IS a GM cam...same part number, same everything, and you will get the same thing from either Crane or GM. Crane makes the cam/lifter kits for GM, and they are one in the same. You can buy just the cam, or the cam/lifter combo...I didn't think it was too pricey, either, as opted for the cam/lifters, which ran me about $130. In fact, it's setting out my SS as I type this!

I have always found GM is cheaper than Crane. Same thing.
