i don't remember if it was barker or matt murphy , but , the gibbs staged it and i heard he (?) said but i wasn't speeding i swear, why are you pulling me and then the cop started laughing and informed him he had been framed! quite comical, you could only get away with that in LaHarpe, ILL smalltown USA. Ha !!! Actually they did it at the Berger show also. The Cop even had pics of Dennis doing a Smokey Burnout waving at the Crowd.
