I don't know why that one website is saying that.
I contacted Tom Shaw,and he assured me that if you subscribe from the begining,you will get the Premier issue.It's the 1st issue.Premier means 1st,so that makes sense.It will probably run out in time so to recieve it,you should be one of the earliest subscribtions.

For those who haven't subscribed, I just clicked on the link, clicked on the PayPal logo, and processed a subscription in less than a minute. Nothing could be easier if you're on PayPal. Now I'll see if I get TWO "premier Issues".

All I have ever received is my cancelled check from last spring. Nothing since.Seriously doubt if I will receive my charter membersip or any magazines.
