Case in point: Jensen's Chevelle just ran a [email protected], and he is right at 12:1, in Pure Stock form, and he is considering "Certifying" this car. Our L-72 has 10.2:1, and I wish it had 12.2:1... |

Maybe I should clarify the statement...I am refering to a street driven car, so maybe it has something to do with the gas quality and the ability to keep the car in tune easier. When the motor is freshened (hopefully 2003..) I'll try the "ultimate" performance thing...12:1, headers, stickys in the back, good gear, etc...

i need to move to chicago, the chevelles seem to quicker up there! having known and owned both cars i'll just give em to stefano to sell next time, if there is one. the monoco orange yenko chevelle is going knowhere. chevelle vs. chicago, chevelle rules! i'm a packers fan! see you all at vettefest!
