The #'s don't look like a COPO.
I agree with Stefano, check the axle code, located on the passenger side axle tube. Look under 'Decoding' on the CRG website for a great sketch of the location. http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#RearAxleNumbers What's stamped on the engine pad?

I don't own the car yet. Its restored to a high level. No build sheet or protecto plate. Block#s TO221MO and 19L526226 Any significance of the C463 at bottom right of Cowl tag. Steve |

Double check the last number of the Engine pad vin and your dash vin. Which is correct? |

It was my mistake, both the vin and the engine end with 6228.
