Probably not enough demand, and insurance would have been expensive. Isn't that the reason behind the creation of the Yenko Deuce in 1970?
Byrne Bros. Chevrolet out of White Plains NY, had their "Yenco 427 S/C Super Cars Special Price Clearance Sale" going on in Feb. of '70, according to an ad placed in an issue of Super Street Cars. So they must have been stuck with some cars.
In that ad Yenko was misspelled.
