Yes that is a clone car in that article. Richie thinks it could be an old race car from that era, but this clone is built on a '67 and the original car was a '68.

Probably already mentioned in this thread, but reportedly the car was brought to an event Grumpy was at and he verified it was the car. Anyone remember this story?
I know at least one person who knows the vin so if anyone ever has a lead, I can put them in touch with the guy. |
