Crazy long shot but timeline suits the ‘68 SS Camaro given away at Cleveland’s Highland Golf Club in 1968, where the Fairchild family were long-time Members. Best I could find was the Old Newspaper clipping as below, no idea if an SS396 or 350 car but worth digging deeper for more info, join up w/ some Cleveland area F’Book groups etc.  ~ Pete .
