Looks to be a Fontaine Blue or a Nightwatch Blue ‘66 GTO hardtop with it’s single white pinstripe.
1965 Texas plates. Possible early headliner and a standard inside rear view mirror. The letter “T” is missing or blacked out on the grill plate. Neat vintage photo.
