Back when Cliff acquired the Nova, very little was known about them. It was a gutted race car missing it’s original trim tag. It is easy to understand the restoration inconsistencies from the time period. Wrong color, wrong interior, wrong dash………today it is one of the few real deal 427 conversion cars with pedigree and paperwork. I can think of a few ZL1 and Yenko Camaros that were found in similar circumstances, but their as delivered info was known and public info.
