Don’t know who it belongs to but I like it. I’d say those wheels on the rear are 15x8’s wouldn’t you?

my neighbor around the corner when i was a kid had one identical to this one. big block 4 speed and my neighbor right across the street had a yellow big block one.

Get rid of the '69 tail pipes and it's nearly perfect. I don't care for, or would have, the bumper guards either.
