I think there was just a little flap cut out for a relief for the front track bolts. And of course if you had a console or floor shifter. |

From the single photo on HBC's web site the cut outs for the seat tracks look accurate including around the rear bolt holes. As noted you'll still have to split the front carpet and do a cut-out for a console if optioned. Interestingly, they don't remove the welting from the front carpet (partially), as required for a correct installation, nor mention it.
