You should be able to find the date code and 2 letter stamping to determine vehicle....here is a 70 SS wheel (AO code) built November 6, 1969.

The wheel seems to be in nice shape...letter code is either YA or AO...69-70.
Looks like the tire says F70 x 14...that would rule out Nova, and the Nova didn't offer white letter tires in that time frame anyway. Most likely from a Chevelle SS...or Camaro?? As for the tire...it looks real nice...but I'm no expert on the tire dates...post the info and the boys will sort it out.
