I mounted a RS mirror on my 69 Z.

I made a template from the left side and flipped it. I don't think I deviated from that, but can check when I get home. Sometimes the RS needs to be moved back just a bit.

I also made a reinforcement plate out of 1/8 x 1/2 bar stock. Drilled and tapped it and attached to the inner side of the door with epoxy.
