OK here are some pictures taken today of the car, I found out it was painted before my neighbor's ownership and the paint is flaking. From what I understand there will be an Estate sale this coming weekend and I guess the planner will be trying to sell this car along with home contents. I appreciate any and all help so far.
Oh I updated the mileage in my original post from 68,000 to 64,000 sorry I was mistaken earlier. Ron
