Window channel lube
Hey guys, this might be common knowledge, but I was wondering what would be a good lubricant for my drivers door window slide? It's been really hard to roll up and down for quite awhile and I kept thinking it just needed an "adjustment" until my son noticed the channel itself was being pulled down at the top corner!! I still think it needs some sort of adjustment? Any thoughts or suggestions??

clean it really well and then grease it with something pretty permanent. I used lithium grease on mine.

I use Lucas White Lithium at work all the time. Comes in a squeeze tube. Quality stuff.

Paste silicon only..... Lithium is a mess. Silicon will melt in the hot weather and be invisible, Lithium not
My .02 cents |

Silicone also migrates everywhere and makes it nearly impossible to get paint to ever stick again.
NO silicone gets near my cars anymore.
