I'd say if you could buy it for $10K you'd have no trouble selling it for a profit. Then if you feel particularly generous you could keep some of the profit for your troubles and send some back to the client or apply it to your fees.

I don't see where you would have any problem flipping it, Lynn. Like you say, it may take some of your time to deal with it, but it could be worth it.
