Wow, what a time machine! Those rear tires are a real throwback.

As an aside, I won a Doug Nash 5 speed trans as a participant at the 1982 Car Craft Street Machine Nationals in Springfield IL

No way, Bill! Back in '82, that 5 speed was a BIG deal. Heck, it's still a terrific gift 40 years later!

Regarding the tires...this is what I love about the car. It hasn't been touched in 40 years. The authenticity is spectacular. Thanks for checking out the listing, I appreciate it.
