3892632 is the clutch fork for both 11" and 10.25" clutches

All the GM parts books verify this. There are not 2 different forks.
Both bellhousings, the 403 and 621 took the same fork.

Thanks for the clarity fellows. Per your post and the pictures above I re-checked mine and it fits just as in the posted pics. I simply had it seated too deeply in the fork opening, not riding on the end of the fingers. My learning experience. Regards
