Yes, those are the Direct Connection valve covers.

In 1970, Chrysler basically just borrowed the Edelbrock casting molds and made them for themselves in iron after the model year started since Edelbrock couldn't keep up with the demand for the popular new 440+6 engine. The switch over was around December...and your car was built December 5, 1969. So the aluminum intake could be original to your car.

And yeah, Chrysler really crammed all those components under that shaker next to the carbs.
