Well, sort of an anticlimactic ending, but my $58,000 reserve was met. I was originally at $60k, but BAT requested I lower it to generate more bids. Most interested bidders were dealers and a few people reached out saying that they loved the car, but weren’t comfortable bidding on a car in Canada. The winning bidder did reach out a number of times with questions during the auction, but he hasn’t confirmed payment etc. yet, so I’m still not sure if the deal will get done. I honestly think I’m ok either way.
