My Dad bought a '67 new when I was 15. I drove it some while in HS. I like that style too, and guess I am odd man out, but I really like the small window cab of that year as well.
It's the grille on the '69-70 that grabs me over the other, similar years. I bought a rough looking '69 from a horse ranch in Denton, TX about 4 years ago and ended up selling it last fall to fund the upgrade of a pole building into a heated workshop. I hear ya on not having enough time left to get all the projects done. As of now, I need to live to 120 to get all my "stuff" done.
