Market is not crazy here where I am selling, but it's certainly gone batshit nuts where I am moving too. That has me a little apprehensive but I'm still planning on making the move.

Looking forward to being back in one of the best hotrod cities in Canada.

It's cold and windy in the Peg in winter time and the mosquitoes a just a tad smaller than dragon flies in the summer but I guess the car scene makes up for all of that.

LOL ! I've heard the auto insurance require a LoJack because so many cars get stolen in Winnipeg

Did that in 2019, made an offer on this house July 21st, closed on Aug 21st, used the next month to move half the "stuff" to the new place and then listed the old place on Sept 19th. Sold in 3 days and closed on Oct 21st. Years ago, it could take 3 months from offer to closing on one house. Batshit crazy market is right.
