I'm not sure when they started the black "spokes". I've got some, but was never sure about the application. Most of the black ones I've seen seem to be 15", but I have seen a few 14s. Maybe the 14s were painted after by an owner?

The 2 part numbers of the covers are;

3963434 black spokes. indicates late 1969
3903086 as illustrated above are 1967 thru 1969
