I recently found my buddy the rear loom, it has provision for the spring. ????

The hard-to-find and expensive Holley only throttle cable to carb bracket had an extension that the spring attached to.

This may not be what your looking for, but maybe similar ?
This is a re Pop bracket I bought and used on my Malibu after installing the Holly Carb and a new throttle cable. And NOS are $$$$.
