This car is 15 minutes from me, I could put eyes on it if a serious interest.
IIRC Torque Drive was the name for the two-speed Powerglide with minimized parts, shifting was done manually with the column lever. I worked on a couple of them in the dealership in the early seventies. - Bill W |
