----Thanks for the education! The L88 I had was not stock when I bought it so it is possible that it was changed out when the engine was reworked by Reids Automotive back in the very early 70's. Jimmy Reid added roughly another 125 horses. It was an absolute beast. The car still resides in Scottsdale as far as I know. You are also correct about smoothness and ease of use. Best clutch I ever had in a high perf application...….Bill S
