It's an 08B build.
If I could find a date match that would be great but is probably end of the rainbow type stuff, so I will settle for the correct part number for the year.
The plan is that if I can find something that suits, it will go to Eric Jackson for either a complete rebuild/restoration, or a once over if is a "restored or rebuilt" previously carb.
