I'm trying to wrap up all the rust repair before disassembly. Just finished up with the driver and passenger side fender patches.

Making some headway to get the car into epoxy. Still a couple of small rust repairs to finish.

A little start to finish. The driver outer cowl was in pretty bad shape. Once I got it off I had the rebuild the inner structure and fix a bad spot just below the lower door hinge. Not sure why but these inner cowl panels have no holes in them to drain. Is this a Monte thing or are Chevelles this way also? I know the Novas have a drain at the bottom but they have a cowl panel. The Monte hood is large and covers the cowl, maybe by design they thought no drain was necessary.
